  • As a rough guide you may start to notice initial changes in the first 4-6 weeks. Long term changes usually take anywhere between 8-12 weeks. But the most important thing is how consistent you are with your diet and exercise.

  • This is a common misconception about getting in shape. There are plenty of healthy options that don't taste like cardboard that we can go over if we work together. A good rule is the 80/20 rule, follow your diet around 80% of the time and have a slice of cake 20% of the time.

  • While this isn't the cheapest option it is priced that way for a reason. For commitment. If this was cheap you may not feel the need to stick to the program.
